The outlet has confirmed the readiness of the food i.e. ticked it as 'Ready' or 'Prepared' but when I reached the outlet they asked me to wait. Have waited for 30mins now! But I still have not received my order. Why would I order from the app then? Where is the convenience here? Really an unpleasant experience and dissatisfied! Please look into this!

order was marked prepped and picked up just after i ordered when i reached like after 10-15 mins order still wasnt prepped made me wait another 15-20 mins. fries were really bad last time i had them they were wayy better and the front person had a really weird tone of talking and gave weird looks.

Mark food is made , and pickuped even before , and when I ask my order , they didn't even started to my order yet

Didn’t give in car i have choosen the pickup from car i have to send someone in the hostel
Which is not allowed for everyone
