Franchise and Location Enquiries
When you apply for a franchise (“Own a Farm”) or offer a property (“Lease Your Space”) on this website, we keep the answers you give: your name, contact details, city and, for franchise applications, your age, background and investment range; for properties, the address, map link, size, expected rent and the photos and videos you add. If you choose to record a voice note, we keep it only after you tick your consent. To protect the forms from spam and abuse we also keep the IP address and browser type the form was sent from. We use all of this only to assess your enquiry and contact you about it; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. It is stored securely in Google Firebase, can be seen only by our franchise and expansion team, and is kept for as long as we need it for your enquiry. To see, correct or delete it, write to our Grievance Officer below.
Website Analytics
Only if you choose “Allow”, this website counts how it is used: pages opened, buttons and links tapped, how far you scroll, how far you get through our forms, how fast pages load, and errors. With it we keep a random id stored in your browser, your device type, browser, screen size, language and the site that sent you. We do not keep your name, contact details or IP address with it, we do not use it for ads, and we never sell or share it. It is stored in Google Firebase and deleted after 13 months. You can change your choice at any time with “Analytics settings” at the bottom of every page; saying no also removes the id from your browser.
